  1. I believe the Azerbaijanis subcontract the RM QC work to Bangladesh where the kids do it on their 8 minute break from gluing Nikes together.
  2. Aye Aye Cap'n Sensible! You're right, but you're not answering the question...
  3. I quite like a bit of Bond. Connery and Moore vintage though, they had a bit of something about them. From Dalton onwards not so much. I will get the bullion series for sure, I also like the first coin, so have hope for the rest. I'm just not sure I want to go through the rigmarole of proof silver from RM. If I could pay £700 and just receive the full set, all perfect, then I probably would, but I've been down that road before!!! That said, I do like a proof Sovereign as well! And being a mere financial mortal I often have to make difficult choices.🤔
  4. I'm not particularly in the market for either, but after the RM' s latest push on James Bond with the 7 coin series I had the above thought to myself. I think RM are in danger of flogging poor old 007 to death (if they haven't already) but I must admit that I am a wee bit intrigued with this latest offering, particularly with the final coin being a completer. The full set in the presentation box will come in at around the same as a proof 2024 sovereign. So, where would you spend your hard earned? Bond overload or Sovereign fatigue... Could you suffer the agony of having to send every single silver coin back? Do really want another proof Sovereign? (Neither is not a valid answer, pick one..!)
  5. Just had a wee look. Had a giggle at the condition described as 'better than bullion' ... its a bullion coin so that is a fair old achievement, and obviously PCGS disagree!!!
  6. That is nice. If you have any more, or make any more, then I'd take one please.
  7. Agreed. Best looking sovereign imo and the first charlie boy. Winner all day long...
  8. Lovely coins, shame the Butler only got a 69 though!
  9. Isn't that a key date 1998 Lib in there...
  10. Picked up a few bits recently and finally got found to tidying up a bit. These 4 guys said they don't really want to stay with me any more... The Brit is a 2012, the rest I'm sure you know what they are, all tip top condition. Yours for £95 posted 2nd class. I was tempted to go with "my preferred asking price is £850", but decided that would be childish...😇 BT please, can post tomorrow, Friday or Saturday.
