  1. The landlord of the Russel will and most likely will get you a half in. The Mable, they wouldn't know.
  2. From Sharps-Pixley, not sure if I should keep them in flip things though.
  3. Not there, to say it's pricey... The Lord Russel or the Mableton (you can even book a table) just down the road, better and cheaper and take cash.
  4. Any idea how many mints there were in the HRE at that time? Had to be more than one. With the very large number of duchies, prince bishoprics, independent cites, all having different laws, weighs, measures and taxes. I'm not so sure it would make it 100% fake.
  5. From what I can tell the cheapest in the US is either 'junk', rounds or Brits. The Silver Eagles have a very high premium
  6. As much as you can afford and as much as you can afford to lose. In the US it seems, to me anyway, that silver is the bigger market, you can even get silver in your change unlike the rest of the world. Try to have a good relationship with your local coin shops, even if you can only have enough money for a few oz's a month, they will take care of you. AFAIK US stackers have much more than those in the UK and Europe. Here 500 oz's is a lot, but as everything is bigger in Texas so 501 oz's! Don't forget storage, where you going to put it all? Hiding 1oz of gold is easier then hiding 60oz's of silver. If you wish, set out a weekly, monthly or yearly goal. And keep away from ASE's
  7. Just this, yet one of the nice ones, this time from fleabay
  8. Easiest way to get rid of scum and crud is an ultrasonic. There're very good for cleaning up 50% pre 47 coins. Warm water a drop of Fairy and leave them for X minutes
  9. Best send a few to me, just to make sure they are the real thing. Non returnable of course!
  10. Maybe I'll have to take some pics. Doubt any would be more than a 63, maybe one a 64, I hope
  11. The question is in the title. Had a look round and most Gillick head sov's seem to get a ms63/64, it's OK but not great. Only two in the NGC census have got a 67, that's it, just two! I'm a thinking if a grade would end up as a 63/64 it wouldn't add anymore to the value than the cost of grading it's self. However that slim chance of getting a 67 or a even 68 maybe not worth it in the end. Type about this for a bit😀
  12. Takes for the info. Which means I've got the 'set' in silver and gold. Now for that 1 oz platinum and job done
  13. I can't seem to find a list of Brits that were minted in 2021. I have 1/10 (on the way) 1/4, 1 oz and 10 oz. I've seen that there is a 1Kg , then can't find it again. Is there a 5oz, or oriental border? I only collect bullion, so no need for proofs. Does anyone know what really is out there? Over to you good people🙂
  14. The price of a Fender American Professional II Stratocaster

    Price Idea?

No, these are bullion I put 'set' as an easy way to say, well, stuff

    Price Idea?

Thinking about selling a 'set' of 2020 gold Britannia's. Full, half, quarter and tenth. The prices seem to be all over the place depending on the size. A fair price would be, what, £2800? Help would be nice🙂
