You would think with a limited number available, and that amount being available to purchase on the website, I find it difficult to understand how you can oversell something like that (vs. the bars).. 🤯 You order one, the amount available decreases, until they're all gone... trust RM to fk something so simple up... @BackyardBullion another classic Royally Screwed performance to add to the list... 🤬

So I'm waiting for the manager to call me back.. but this seems fking outrageous, ordered on the 19th April, when there were multiple available on the site, paid and waiting for delivery... and today I get this email, cancelled as it was over sold.. what the actual fk, how is that possible? Customer service told me multiple people had their orders cancelled, curious if anyone else got such an email or had something like this happen with RM before? I suspect there is nothing I can do about it, they'll just push back on me.. Pretty pissed off by the whole affair tbh

So I guess they've just obscured the numbers to remove the impression you might be getting x of y and try and head off any subsequent complaints that you didn't get what you "thought" you were purchasing..

I noticed this too - so I called RM the other day to ask and they said, you never knew what number you were getting as often they showed the first in the run as the main image along with "Image is representative of the coin you will receive"... and that when it went to shipping a random one was selected, this was to make sure it was fair and you couldn't just select 1 of x or request 1 of x/etc.

I guess they'd say they're being up front by stating it's a facsimile signature... but you'd think given the limited number of the Pyx coins, and the extra cost attached to them she could actually sit down and sign a few cards...
