Thanks all for your concern and wishes. I'll definitely update when I have something to share. At present, I am hoping a case has been raised with RM and he is chasing RM for the item. I don't want to say much as I am hopeful the user will see the point in doing the right thing.

Thanks for your help in this matter. I have received a photo of the proof of postage. However, RM are adamant that this has been doctored when I sent it to them. They state categorically that the item was not sent to the address on the receipt. This is why a simple claim made to Royalmail should flush this out. However, the will to raise a claim or to engage is what is lacking sadly.
