  1. Wonga was right !!! SELL SELL SELL ! $400oz any day now
  2. it is when a set is submitted at the same time in same NGC admission. They'll have the same first front end reference numbers
  3. Bargain for someone. I'm spent up currently but would have gone for this at such a reasonable price Paid £850 for a defective non-70 Coronation SOTD No risk pre graded pf70, lovely design I would says there's little downside risk in these at all if you hold on for 5+ years hopefully someone sees the value here
  4. For now ! Hold onto them 5+ years I would expect £1000-£1250 is not an unrealistic price to assume for them IMO
  5. Does Wonga follow Cramer ??
  6. ah, well there you are, then
  7. Where did you buy it from @gmoney Will help a lot narrow down authenticity was it direct from Perth mint? LBMA approved dealer? was it pawn shop? eBay? Alibaba? Wish? Craigslist? Gumtree?
  8. My 2oz gold Matt proof, is in the back of the safe deposit box now. It's not going anywhere, any time soon. With the rest of the retirement stack. I seem to have more ' retirement not selling anytime soon ' stack , than common bullion I used to have It is a lovely, and different coin
  9. Might be the new 1937 classic revisted, especially if Meghan and Harry are booking his private jet to the climate change conference at the arse end other side of the world 🌎🌍
  10. Like those who aren't flipping them although I got a 50%discount
  11. Got to assume a bit of FOMO plus some Coronation worldwide hype to aid these sales/prices thus far. I would expect things to calm now the event is over and folk are starting to take delivery. Although they could go up given all the issues we've seen here in past 48 hours ive got my popcorn will watch the market and enjoy the ride. I suggest most who've been lucky enough to get one to do the same
  12. Even impaired/not perfect I would guesstimate £1200-£1300 and a perfect plastic coffined ms70 around £1500
  13. i would wait for 12-18 months to know their mature natural market value once the fliparati are out of the market 70s may be in shorter supply than normal looking at the few defects we've seen just here already. Keep an eye on the NGC/PCGS population reports in the coming months Certainly no harm in holding this sovereign for the long term, given it is a one of kind coin once a life time Coronation edition/Plain Edge/very limited supply/matt finish
  14. Right, that's it ! my mind is made up forever I'm never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER, ever, ever buying from Royal Mint again, until the next release with "potential" launches {rant over} When are Coronation sovereign proof sets due to launch? (asking for a friend)
  15. SOTD has arrived - mark on centre right of portrait side FFS Visible to the naked eye clearly without magnification QC sticker inside as checked My first issue with RM for quality ive been lucky thus far until now. What do folk think? shall i return or keep? Surely a "strike on the day" cant be restruck for a replacement on another day ? Would i just get a refund ???? and lose the chance of this coin - thanks

  20. SOTD arriving tomorrow had my dispatched email from RM
  21. Congrats guys Nothing for me as yet hopefully before end of the day
  22. When I've looked back on my bullion spends over £60k has gone to Atkinsons, because I know if I order before midday in vast majority of cases I'll have it the day after. Never once anything out of stock or to order Ordering stuff in-stock yay. Ordering stuff to order or not in stock nay it's not for me I'm a business owner myself and the main thing you always need is cash flow ie pounds and pence coming in the till/bank it pays the wages, keeps the lights on, pays the NI, VAT and pension contributions I'm not saying they don't have funds to pay these bills but you have an open ended delivery window, free money coming into your coffers. You could very easily use funds for more lucrative things and keep waiters waiting because we didn't promise you an ETA you agreed to
  23. This is the previous thread 250+ replies of up and down good and bad press for the supposed multiple best dealer in the UK Same old same old nothings been learnt or changed
