From Haven Precious Metals on eBay. A Nadir Gold KaratBar 0.1g 999.9 fine gold note bar.
The Goldback I got last week from the same dealer. When the Goldback arrived I was said to my missus... it's good, but I think if I was designing it, I'd make it easier for refiners to extract the Gold. Later I clicked on the 'sellers other items' and saw the Nadir note. It was very like how I imagined an alternative to a Goldback, if I were to design one. So I wanted one. I'm interested in products that claim to be 'private gold money' alternative to fiat. It was tricky to photo

Couple of 2oz geese, a 2oz greyhound, 5 of the new bullion 2024 sovs and 10 x 2024 Britannias. 

They mostly are but not on every stall.  The standard for sovereigns today seemed to be be about £425 but a couple of stalls were more like TSF prices.  Was a lot of nice silver today and a fella with couple of 1838 and 1841 shields.  I didn’t stay long and can never be bothered to route through the tubs of cheap silver 

Been to the Midlands Coin Fair this morning, spent all my money at the first stall I went to, though as usual I looked for @1stsovereign first, which is not tricky seeing as he is always in the same spot

And two 2023 Malta Golden Eagle 5 Euro 1 oz Silver

The Durga train continues along with some air tites and something very modern!

Keeps my date run going with the Pandas and keeps me upto date with the ol' tudors.
The coins themselves are immaculate, just some hairline scratches in the caps.
 
 

The first of many?
 

My Sovereign run was doing quite well until my daughter’s car went kaput! I have a 2024 coming tomorrow which I purchased before the car trouble but won’t be buying anymore for a couple of months! Should still be able to hit my goal of 19 before the end of the year 🤞🏼 Going to move the 95th birthday 1/4 soon as it’s starting to trigger me sat with the Sovs 🤣

Nothing overly special, someone posted that the R.M sovereign capsule’s were back in stock, I’d been waiting months to put my kids birth year to 21st date runs into nice mint boxes (also flagged on TSF). These capsules fit easier in the holes in terms of pulling them out.
Chuffed I’ve now completed a display box for each, safely off to storage, that kids can admire whenever they want to get them. 19 coins up top, 2 in the gap under the tray, along with a birth year proof. These boxes are super snazzy to me.
The not so little brutes had better not sell these bleeding too fast or cheap, or I’m going to be gutted 😂
