Whilst working nights and browsing on ebay, I've just bought a 1977 Orient Express Sterling Silver Medal Cover.

My no charge foreign currency card was from aquacard. Designed for people with crap credit rating so anyone will be able to get one. But with the added bonus of 0.5% cashback and no foreign currency costs. Highly rated by that Martins money site thingy

Yeah you do. I just bookmarked the ebay page on TCB, and click on that everytime I want to go on ebay. 
 
When we are talking about a few percent here and there on pm's 1.05% is not to be sniffed at.
Oh and I forgot that my credit card gives me 0.5% cashback as well, so that's another few pence off the total

Havn't bought any PM's for a while, but my 2000 nectar points bonus turned up. Along with my 2000 points I already had sitting there, I thought it would be time to find some cheap gold.   Found a German dealer I had used before, selling an Austrian 1915 1 ducat gold coin for 130.50 euros delivered.   Used my nectar points , used my credit card that gives free foreign transactions , used TopCashback to get another 1.05% off   Leaving me with the equivalent of 3.44g of gold for the tidy price of around £74, or about 7% UNDER spot     Well that's my Xmas pressie to me sorted

Yep. Just checked up on them when I got home and it appears so. Bought from the only registered  grading dealers here so VF is VF for sure. They are in the JNDA (Japan Numismatic Dealers Association)

Happened (!) to be strolling past a dealers and popped in. Picked this up for 98 quid (18,000 yen). Such a pity someone defaced this by putting a hole in it for a necklace. In good nick, these go for north of 500 quid.
 
Also picked up an 1862 and an 1872 (die no.28) shieldback (young head) Both in VF condition, averaged 225 and 230 respectively.

Bought a 1999 1oz Libertad from fellow member UKSILVERCOINS. Tracked delivery and on its way.

Final delivery.  Coin box from mastercoincases in Germany.  4 layers of 16 cut to 45mm to hold H size Air-Tites.

Popped round to David's @Abbotssilvercoins to choose a ten ounce lunar horse and three 1oz 2016 silver Britannias.
He makes a good cup of tea as well
Now to put these away before my missus gets back from town!

I am trying to convince the wife to buy me the 2011 Kook from Dave @Abbotssilvercoins I really like that coin and it was the sight of the kilo version on you tube back in 2011 that lit the silver fuse,i don't own one and i wish i did. Got to nag her some more, that's today's mission.
Edit: Today the wife bought me for Christmas a 2011 1oz Silver Kookaburra, Good ole girl.
