  1. I have tried ... For me, every parcel is a new mission to use up as much space as possible. Yes, always prioritise using fixed values and keeping the NVIs to roll over past the price rises. Funnily enough, I never seem to get round to using any NVIs
  2. I've done it through royal mail twice with no issues but it's weird cause PMs are on Australia's restricted import list, so it's good to read this. Don't think I'll risk it again.
  3. I have many low fixed values - plenty sub 30p, (52% of face value) and various values up to 68p (56% of face value). Also packs of 10 or 50 high values (£1+) (60% of face value) 1st class commemorative as per post 1st class barcoded at 90p per stamp Mini sheets as per my 28/2 post at 60% of FV
  4. Already £5 under spot let's see what happens if I reduce it to £740 posted?
  5. You're absolutely right and I would love nothing more than to eat my words on this. That's why I always say that about silver. Either it goes up and I'm happy or it stays on this endless plateau and I'm right.
  6. I'll speak some home truths Speaking from experience, selling at a loss is a huge psychological barrier. But hold it for two years and sell at the same price you paid you would not be breaking even, you would be losing 10%+ against inflation. So even though it feels like you've recouped your investment, you haven't really. To be in the black with silver you'd have to sell around £25-£26. And I'm afraid that is unlikely to transpire soon. Silver has been a dreadful performing asset for many years due to manipulation. Think of it like this - you lost the money when you bought it, not when you sell it. Move on and put your money into something that will work harder for you.
  7. I have never seen a "sealed" tube of Britannias post 2013. There is no tape or anything. They are just unopened according to buyer
  8. You're absolutely right. I will be lucky to make 50p per coin but that is just how things are at the moment and would rather be turning stock over than not. With spot up, Brits should correct to £23+ each. If spot reverts then I will end up about breaking even here.
  9. Unfortunately premiums on silver are currently the lowest I've ever seen them I am selling ounces at under 15% premium and even then only slowly I would offer £11000 for the monster box including delivery. I know that is lower than you'd like but the option is there.
  10. I think qb prices have come down by 10 to 20 percent on a year ago sadly. Great series but time has not treated it well along with most RM products.
  11. Looks kind of hypnotic. It's weird as it's not even the right design. Why go to the trouble of making the box, coa and capsule accurate and then use a totally incorrect design? At least it's not selling itself as genuine
