If your tracking shows as signed for I believe you should be good mate, pretty sure I had this in the past - as long as tracking is uploaded and showing signed for then you should be covered under ebay seller protection.

This is precisely why i tend to sell here, and sell cheaper than ebay - Yes i could get more on ebay but i cant be doing with the drama.

Today i bought a year 2000 brilliant uncirculated quintuple sovereign with a mintage of 1000, never seen a double let alone a 5 pound piece:) big purchase for me. Oh and a 2000 bullion sovereign. Now I must save my moneys for a while as im broke.

I really hope not! I have waited long enough to have a fresh set and not someone elses QC returns, I did make this point clear to them on the phone and they assured me that the returned coins did not get then sent back out. Maybe they are having to remint tons of them. Its a bit of a joke really!

I do think they will get round to us, I think the order would just vanish if not - I also said i dont want someone else's returned coins and they assured me that would not be the case.

im still waiting on dispatch on my 4 coin set! called 2 days ago, more assurance my order would be fulfilled - losing my patience , is anyone else still open orders?

Mines still in open orders, 4 coin set - customer services assures me my order has been taken. Really hope to get a dispatch notice today and even then it would be monday now 😐
