Just watched this and although I'm sure many will be familiar with Sreetips, I thought this link might be interesting for those that haven't yet seen any of his videos:

Not often you get to see the natural pour ripples with a pure gold bar of that size!

What's the powder he poured onto the alumina crucible?

I think it is borax powder. Borax is used a lot by jewellers as flux to help with soldering. I guess it was to help keep the crucible clean and allow the molten gold flow and be clean.

Sreetips is great!  With the correct materials, I feel confident in being able to recover/refine gold to a decent purity (not to his level for certain!) just by watching hundreds of hours of these videos over the years.
