Not always - there are intermediate stages you can introduce in many cases where the assumption is you'll be shafted no matter what. Gotta be sneakier than the sneaky bastids.

It's good practice to force them to use Royal Mail (which is part of the legal system) when it suits you. Then you have several options to respond, and squeeze them dry if they don't play the game right.

Probably you are right. If you have energy to fight with the system, do it I salute you.

For me this attitude as a foreigner in UK it is not what I need. I came here only to sell for a little more money my workforce, not to change the rules. I felt always welcomed and appreciated for what I am doing in this country, I am trying only to maximise my chances with minimum damages.
