Yes, it doesn't work very well from spreadsheets.  Also, it works best if you cut and paste the table template and then put the items in one by one in the Invision editor.

Got a meeting in a few minutes, but get back in touch this evening and we can help iron out the wrinkles for you.  If you're not doing separate obverse and reverse pics (e.g. pics of bars, or a tube of coins) then we can do a grid for that.

Also, it pays attention to dimensions in the stuff you're cutting and pasting.  Try starting with a landscape page and making the table on that, then cutting and pasting the table from there.
