Selling scrap silver best prices

Looking to sell some 925 silver and had always thought Gerrards of Hatton Garden were the best on price but having looked they seem to have softened on price. Looked at Bairds and slightly better but they were trade prices so assume private would be less. Approx 1 kilo of 925 hallmarked and 1.9 kilo of melt and assay bar. Any pointers?

I've got some 925 silver spoons and UK coins, and a few kgs of 50% silver UK coins as well. Let me know if you're interested by dropping me a PM with the price per gram you expect to pay (fine silver)

Always shipping with re-used or biodegradable packaging.

Looking to sell some items to fund a holiday. I've got some items for sale. PM me or check my profile if interested: Hitler's 3rd Reich 2 Reichsmark Coins, Roman Imperial Denarii and Other silver coins/items.

I did just notice that apologies. The forum, depending on prices, is the best place to sell scrap. There are some users here which may be able to help or offer competitive pricing. I've personally dealt with @sellerstacker and @ilovesilverireallydo before and I'm not sure if they'd be interested but it's worth a shot!

I am also on the look out for sterling silver to melt.  Bundles of  £100-£200. Anything that does not have any soldering.  Will look at spoons, ingots etc. Willing to pay £50 per 100g

Thanks for all the replies, I ended up selling to Gerrards. To be fair the prices offered at time of my first post Gerrards were offering 49.3p a gram. Best offer here was 50p but only wanted 1 or 2 hundred quids worth at a time so postage would have made it costly plus Gerrards paid out soon after receiving the silver. The Silver forum is a good place to buy though😀
