Keeping track of your bullion?

Hi all,

my coins and bars are starting to stack up and im starting to find it difficult to keep track of what i have and what i paid for each individual item, without digging through my safe to find them. Im thinking there must be an easier way. What do you all do to keep track of your bullion?

Excel, Create a sheet for yourself. It can contain as much or as little info as you want. Only advise I would give is put more in than you think at first. As your collection grows you find yourself wanting more info.

Hide that column and add one in 'face value' 😎

IMHO, you haven't spent anything, you've converted worthless trash into real money. So when you look at the spreadsheet you should see it as, like a savings account.

Item

Price

Fine Weight

Coin year

Monarch

Type

Mintmark die number
