Let's say I started a post called Sovereignsteve sucks .. and 99 people jump in and say he is the best thing ever and nobody replies to any post that generates 99 posts in email boxes saying Sovereignsteve sucks. Mud sticks and pretty soon it would be That Sovereignsteve isn't he the one who sucks. I do not think it's fair in this case. As awful service is not in any way something the majority have experienced. We are talking about a small specialist trader here not a large bullion dealer.

I don't know forum rules intimately but I would imagine any thread or thread title shown to be subjectively false, libellous or offensive would be removed.

I'll tell you what, why doesn't someone ask Mr Chinesemedals to reply to this thread explaining his side of the story and defending the ebay feedback issue?

I don't think it breaches any rules and I have no problem with free speech.

i got the silver proof, antique silver and gold Panda Temple medallions today.

All the COA's were signed by the artist. Very nice. :)

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

I've not read the whole thread but I imagine by page 3 everyone has established their views.

I think it's worth keeping the thread open in case there are any useful updates.

Imagine by page 3 makes me think of the old page three newspaper

MY TOTAL FORUM TRADE FEEDBACK IS 100 AND IT IS 100%

Interesting thread and my only contribution is to say I see nothing wrong with the title of it at all.........................Op had awful service,in his/her opinion, and has every right to express that should they wish.Providing he /she is telling the truth,as they feel it,which I assume he/she is,then op imo is quite within his/her rights to describe his/her experience regarding any aspect of their dealings with another party in any way that they see fit.

I would have absolutely no problem saying I had a bad experience with a seller,if that were the case..........It certainly attracts attention and as this thread shows stimulates debate.

It is totally different than saying " Dont deal with Ravinella",or "SovereignSteve sucks"......"only quote that as it is used above".... or  "XYZ is an out and out con artist" as they are NOT anecdotel experiences but more generalised sweeping statements which give instruction to others and convey regular problems which is not the impression that this title conveys in anyway to me whatsoever.

No I would encourage such specific descriptons if that is what someone feels........to the op it was "awful service", I cannot see the slightest thing wrong in him/her expressing how they felt about this............freedom of speech imo and a bit of a non story.............
