Mint or Strike Error KC3 Britannia?

Hello

I've been looking through my tubes for anomalies and I've come accross 4 King Britannias that all have the same mark on the kings neck.
Is this called a strike error and are they worth more or less on the market?

Typical poor quality.  This issue seems to me to be something of a record for poor quality.

To me it looks like a lamination error (so not significant as this happens to a lot of coins in manufacture).

Happy to offer 69 which I recently paid for an 1800’s Morgan Dollar
