2021 Silver Proof Alfred the Great PIEDFORT £5 Crown.

A Marmite issue! That initially attracted only a cult following and then mass appeal, due to the beguilingly simple design, its uniqueness and I suspect, the extremely low mintage.  
 

The Gold £5 Crown when it comes to market irregularly, make well in excess of £4k.  In Silver, the coins are extremely attractive and with mintages of only 910 for the Piedfort and just 2260 for the Crown, they’re an attractive proposition- if you like Marmite!

The coins present with a stunning inscribed edge.
