It's the diameter and width is throwing me, it's weight and magnetic test seem OK I just can't fathom why it's bigger lol

I was looking for the thread that @Booky586 provided a link for!

Same problem for me, again with Aus halves. Too big for the capsule and measured over diameter.  I did get mine checked at HGM and they were fine. Well, they were 4g of 22 carat gold at least!

I will note that there's quite a bit of variation in how snugly sovs fit into the 22mm air tite cases.  Some pop in and out easily, some are quite a tight fit.
