Do they have to prove the sellers knew it was fake silver?

 

Because it's plausible (though not likely in this case) that someone may buy fake bars thinking they're legit, attempt to sell them in future and then you get arrested..

Since eBay don't care maybe me should report any sellers directly to the police.

I think you're right HH, i could probably get away with selling layered Brits with a face value of £2 with no repercussions, at worst I'd have to give a refund, but try selling fake £2 coins on ebay i reckon I'd get done with counterfeiting.

Strange the way ebay turn a blind eye to PM fakes, there really should be more done about it.
