Carded Gold Bar Storage Idea

Had an idea thought others may find useful.

I like carded gold bars as they are fairly liquid and a good way to stack small amounts of fine gold.

Like most on the forum alway looking for interesting ways to store these, and was considering boxes. While rummaging in the office came across this old card wallet and decided to give it a try.

Must admit I like the way I can see the bars and it’s fairly compact and discreet. most cards seem like to fit fine.

Nice idea.  Good visual presentation.  I just use an empty PAMP Suisse assay card box that I bought from a dealer for a few $.  It holds 25 assay cards.  With the exception of the Scotsdale Mint, most refiners assay cards are approximately the same size and fit in the PAMP storage box.  I currently have cards from PAMP Suiise, Credit Suisse, Valcambi Suisse, Republic Metals Corp,  Perth Mint, and Argor Hereaus and they all fit great.

Valcambi Suisse has a similar box and even a 100 card box and holds 4 of the 25 card boxes if you are truly hardcore.  (I can only dream)
