closed 1oz Historic gold 100 Lire Kingdom of Sardinia

Hello all,

For sale a 100 lire gold coin from the Kingdom of Sardinia. Anchor mint mark and in lovely condition with good detail visible on both sides. 

My asking price is £1200 which will include insured special delivery. I am happy to hear offers as well as exchanges/part exchanges.

Photo's taken under natural light and under zoom with lighting to better gauge the condition.

This coin is a bit different to what I usually collect and sell, (generally bullion and sovereigns) I've done a fair bit of research but any feedback pricewise/history will be welcome, please pm me. 

These coins were minted from 1832-42 and were the largest denomination of lire to be minted.

There were 2 mint mark an eagle for the Turin mint and the anchor from Genoa. The Genoa marks have lower mintages and are generally rarer.
