JM Bullion bought Provident Metals!?

I wondered why Providents site just changed, sounds like they added ACH payment option just like JM has, which is nice.  Interesting though, I thought JM was one of the new kids on the block and now they bought up an older player.  Did anyone else know about this?  Had it been announced a while back?

Apparently the transaction happened back in August. Provident has had ACH well before they were acquired. I hope Provident is allowed to run semi-independently as their sales prices were by far the best in the industry. I always liked their emails, they seemed to really enjoy the business.

Yeah, I know they did but you had to have order history first and you couldn't store bank info like you can with JM, until now that is.

Provident was/is becoming my favorite due to their sale prices as well.  I love getting their junk silver deals and deals on generic.  I hope that doesn't change either, we shall see.
