What impact do you guys think Brexit will have? New to stacking myself.

When we had the results of the referendum several bullion sellers had to shut while they adjusted their prices as there was quite an increase, the same happened to a lesser extent when Trump became president of the USA.

Think we might get a trade deal with USA? Could that have a positive impact so as potentially having to pay taxes?

No idea there mate, my crystal ball is blank on that one, it is a gamble, but a safer way of doing it than say wasting it in a casino/bookies etc or even in something that might possibly be banned in the future.

I pay VAT on most things indeed, but not (or very little) on the silver coins I have so far ordered in the Netherlands, Germany, and Estonia. So yeah, choice is easily made then, isn't it? ;)

paying vat on consumption goods is normal.

paying vat on savings/investment items is a

problem as they are not end products. being

taxed twice is bad enough, you don't want to be

taxed three times on what you earn.

(savings is a means to something, you want to

actually spend your savings, or at least pass it

on to loved ones)
