Glint Gone Into Administration

Hey guys if you havent heard glint came out of administration on friday and are processing payments out

This has shown glints client money protection and operating model worked and there was nothing fraudulent just involvement of dodgy loans.  However 2 months of stress re if we get our money back has put me off!

I don't think the nature of the breaches was published. I am not a customer of Glint myself, so I 'm not in a position to recommend or not recommend them. If you are concerned about them, there are plenty of alternative ways of owning gold these days.

I invest in stocks and  gold (both physically and digitally) through apps like FreeTrade and Goldex. Had a look at Glint and I might be wrong but I think they buy and sell the gold to their own client base. From what I know, I don't think most gold investment apps operate like that.

still going, everyone got their money back and their protection of client funds proved to be top notch and even their CEO personally messaged me.

I don't use them anymore due to the stress at the time, but still don't have a bad opinion of them.
