Perth Mint Lunar II Question

I say be fair to yourself and sell them for the most you can unless you need the money quick.

https://goldsilver.be/en/1-oz-30-gr/2151-1-oz-silver-lunar-2-series-12-coins-complete-series.html

They trying to sell them for about £363 which is about £30.25 per oz on average.

No pics of coins or description of condition from any dealers that I am aware of.

With silver spot so low I wouldn't be wanting to sell anything right now.

If you are forced to sell then be prepared to be disappointed in the price you may get compared to what you expect.
You might be lucky if you find a buyer who hasn't done his / her homework.
Checking prices today you can buy every Lunar II coin today for an average price of €20 except the Tiger at €41 but 4 coins in the set are well below €20, one at €31 and one around €25.
At 1.12 exchange rate €20 is £17.85

A bespoke Lunar II wooden box with cut-outs would cost about £45 new

There would be additional costs for shipping etc but now you can work out a bottom price, having for comparison an upper price from GS.be.
Hope this gives you a better idea of value today if selling.

Where are they available at those prices?  How much is the OX?

I had a look at the 1 OZ OX using google translate.

26 euros plus 9.95 euro delivery in Europe.

The interesting things are

It says "This item is a collector's item and will therefore be tax differential according to §25a UstG collectors item / special regulation. "

They also buy back at 22.73 euros

Is says "In order to receive the FIXED PRICE, we must be able to pick up the goods from you the following working day, otherwise you will receive the current price upon arrival of the goods."

That seems far fairer buy back (way above spot price) than the rip of, "we will give you spot price for your silver regardless of the collectability as silver is silver but we sell collector coins with big premiums" seen by some UK dealers.

only to say that series 2 lunar prices have come down substantially and selling as a set is rarely lucrative.

most can be had for less than £20 with ease

True enough, however some are still going for well over £30 and as much as £50.
