@HerefordBullyun I have seen a few things in the FT and other sources that in some consumer goods in Japan have actually deflated due to no demand compared to us. From what I see Japan is a way of looking into the future. Who knows when but eventually people are not going to pay these prices I feel. I think gold and silver have already topped out but who knows and its all part of the game

@modofantasma I have done the same but just wondered in a general view if everyone thought the same that the current conditions are going to continue and every asset you buy will increase. Currently where I live most for sale signs on houses have sold put up within a day. Every new coin coming out is selling for more. I was just wondering if anyone is sitting piling cash just now even know it is the losing trade in the moment for what is to come? Or are we all riding it for a while longer.

With the constant higher numbers of inflation and every asset from used cars to watches going up. Also, the constant talk against having cash. Is anyone on here heavy on cash in their current portfolio? I believe Apple and Warren Buffet are still sitting on massive cash piles. Also, Bezos and Musk selling core positions which could just be due to taxes (who knows). Just wanted to gauge if anyone is sitting on the side lines heavy waiting for things to change or if everyone is all in on these moon-shots in different asset classes? or Anyone realised big gains from their asset inflation and held these profits waiting?

I think if tightening does happen throughout 2022. We will be going back to pre covid forum. The good thing about that will be cheap silver on sale.

You can print with precious metals from certain specially made 3D printers. Most of the companies charge a huge premium to do this. You can just upload your .STL to their website and they will build it.

@Centauri167 It is a hard one. I know the premium is more for it and it is less likely to milk but when people are looking at pure investment grade bullion I imagine the majority of the coins have all milked so what's the point in paying the extra. If it was for some nice collectables Id say buy what you like but for investment I would just stick to gold and leave all of that stuff alone.

@Centauri167 I believe the new Canadian Maples are the old ones that don't spot now with their Mint shield technology I think it is called. Not sure on premiums but.

I have owned them before and they spotted just the same as everything else but this was 2016/17 version. Not sure if they have tried anything new.

@Mtaybar unless it changes for this series. For the original Qb the bullion had no frosting/brushed look so Id guess these will be the same. I dont think the premium over brits is worth it unless you can get lucky and none milk and you can retain good premium from them.

Hopefully they do have gold bullion. Quite disappointing if only silver. Trying to complete the set over 5 years with no milking is a hard game to play.

@MancunianStacker I think giving the set and the individual coin different SKUs made it harder for them to setup an auto cancel as well. Never usually lucky so For once Ill take it.

@dirt94 I thought so to but not anymore. The system is terrible and none of the customer service reps have the same information on how it works.

@dirt94 Yep only difference is I havent been charged yet but sure I will be soon. Just happy to be getting the second coin. Not in 5oz but never managed to order that continued.

@MancunianStacker I am on the same boat. Did the exact same thing and thought the -1 at the end of one of my orders meant it was cancelled. But I have now have another 2oz coming tomorrow and have open order for March. The RM told me on the phone that the system would cancel it automatically as well.
