Anyone know how many 1/4s they have left available? It'll be interesting to see how those numbers change over the rest of the day.

So today is the final day that the memorial sovereigns will be available. I wonder if the remaining 1/4 sovereigns the Royal mint have available will sell out by the end of the day. It says they are ready to ship in 10 days. Hopefully that delivery estimate extends to all the other variants?

After tomorrow, dealers can't sell them. It's the last chance before numbers are set. That would mean any unsold would need to be sent back to the mint or they buy them and hold long term to realise their full potential. I don't think many dealers want to hold onto stock long term so they're trying to makeca buck before they need to be sent vack for the melting pot

So many pessimists in this thread lol. The timing of these sovereigns is probably the worst right now. I can't see how these are going to lose long term. I'm no expert obviously but time will tell if I'm right or wrong. Anyone who has these on order really shouldn't be worried or take too much notice of the the naysayers on this one. At worst they'll break even and at best they'll be worth quite a bit more in my own opinion.

I just took a price from some dealer sites and averaged it lol.

So I messaged this guy a few days ago pretending I was interested. He messaged back excited with another picture and certificate. Then I informed him It's only worth around £860 at ghe time. His response was he knew it was way and above what it's worth but he's trying to recoup the money he lost when he was scammed on ebay. I'm not sure he sees the irony in ripping people off to make up for being ripped off. Although I think he was just spinning lines lol.
