  1. Ohhh have I hit a nerve.....This is a forum..where people with all views can comment....ever heard of tounge in cheek..Apologies if I have upset you.😳🤪 Regards..
  2. Well if you snuff it..can I have your completer coins..👍👍😄😄😄😄😄😄
  3. I believe these QB's sets are are so over rated,if your gonna flip them in the next two weeks fine..you will make money ...as we are seeing on ebay..people are buying to flip..but long term they will depreciate like most sets....and!!!! Comparing them to una and the 3 graces..😳😳😳😳😳😳🤪 the only coin in the set that stands out and will hold its value/premiums is the completer coin..one of the best coins I've seen..both gold and silver 1 and 2oz ..but the rest...nah,can't see them holding there price over the years...I'm not a flipper but I would say...FLIP them now while you can and make a few quid.....
  4. Why didn't the RM include the completer coin with this set??? Doesn't make sense.. How many sets will be sent back because of the problems with the repeated problems they have with there coins...The quality control of the RM is far from acceptable...some of the coins I've seen and bought from the RM....Silver proofs have been UNBELIEVABLY INFERIOR...compared to the Perth mint which continually produce amazing high standed coins..the RM COULD LEARN ALOT FROM OUR ANTIPODEAN COUSINS..but that's just my opinion.
  5. When it comes to the RM......nothing would surprise me........
  6. 3 was my favourite....I've heard on the grapevine...there might be an additional last minute addition to the QB series......a CORGI....🤭🤣
  7. 😉😉😉😉😉😁😁😁😁
  8. I totally agree with you....to much hype and FOMO .......respect to those who collect them and got them...but its like the Rocky and Rambo films..the 1st ones are great....but it goes downhill when they milk it..🐄🐄
  9. Yes I forgot..maybe RP and AF.....as well..🤭🤭🤭🤭
  10. Next will be the 1/10 -1/20 -1/40 oz sets..you watch.. 🤣
  11. Well the Queen's beasts 1/4 oz set 2.5 oz of silver for around £350 or 10 oz britannia for just over £300....tough choice...😆😆😆😆😆
  12. Think I'd rather go for the 10 oz britannia that's out now!!@
  13. I'm assuming there will be at some point the 2021 2oz silver completer coin??
  14. I agree...hate seeing the GREED EXPLOSION on Ebay..2 minutes after they sell out on the RM...☹☹
  15. I'm confused..I'm registered with the RM...I always register for new arrivals when!!!they send me emails of new coins coming out but never get a chance to see them let alone purchase them..are these just for special clients/dealers etc?? Regards
  16. Give it 6-12 months.. Pick them up on the secondary market cheaper...!!
  17. Yeah I saw that and the 2oz gold Already on ebay for pre sale...personally I'm avoiding them all... they don't have any aesthetic appeal for me,I will wait for the next coin to come out ...hopefully another w wyon design will be coming out from the RM soon...save my money for that 🙂
  18. The £5 gold proof on Westminster for £3,295.00 to pre order delivery august...can someone tell me why its nearly £700 more than the RM Also the silver proof 5oz is available to order at around £500 with a mintage of 500.....I can't see these on the RM but are on Westminster coins??????
  19. Hi Havnt recd it yet as only purchased yesterday. I was looking at another 2oz silver proof 2018 and in the description it had 48mm diameter and 4.5mm thickness so out of curiosity I googled the libertad, the trouble is there were conflicting descriptions for the 2oz libertad...e.g some saying 40mm and 3mm others saying 48mm 4.5mm. And they were both 2oz. I've attached photo of the one I've purchased.
  20. Hi I'm guessing someone will have the answer to this.....the diameter and thickness on the 2oz silver proofs seem to change on the same date coins... I was looking to purchase a couple and they were a 2018 and 2019...the thickness differs from 3mm to 4.5mm - diameter 40 and 48mm? When I googled this..it states the 2oz proof silver is 40d and 3mm thick... What am I missing.. would appreciate any advice Regards
  21. Hi FYI if you didn't manage to get the TEAM GB silver piedfort 50p from the RM which are sold out at £105 - and you still would like one...WESTMINSTER COINS .... have them but are charging £125. I wasn't that interested in them but did get the colored BU version for £20. regards
  22. Beautiful coins..wish we could pick up those now for £220...lol I did read the Chards newbie post...I wouldn't call myself a newbie as such but compared to most on here I am..that's why I use newbie when posting comments...I have quite a big stack of silver bullion coins and a nice collection of sovreigns..mainly victorian and some bars etc. I was drawn to the 1oz britannia as my first 1oz purchase..I have a few 1/10, 1/4 and 1/2oz Britannia's....I'm liking the completer coin and some of the older Britannia's like you have in your collection but premiums are high on those...I will make a decision soon...as its my 1st 1oz gold and its quite a bit of cash to layout...I'm just trying to get some opinions in what would be a nice 1st one to buy. I'm not a flipper my plan is long term...as it will be part of my pension....but I do appreciate all the positive advice I've been getting...I'm leaning towards the completer or Australian Nugget 1oz...but that could change ... Regards.
