I've been thinking about this today. @sellerstacker is a new business seller, this kind of 'theft' or abuse of trust could end his business. It's a lot to lose, and a lot to recover.
I've been a member for nine years so, naturally, I have a lot to say! 😉
I've missed out on so many great deals because I have not been confident in the seller. I think you need to build a relationship with a seller first before you agree to a deal.
A case in point: @Leonmarsh had so many good deals and it was so easy to pull his pants down 😂
I gave him the banter, we argued, called each other names....basically we were nasty to one another. Then we began to PM. Tried to be helpful, sharing tips.
Leon put a watch up for sale that I wanted. We agreed on an exchange, I think it was 37g of gold? He was happy to send the watch first. Top man.
Now this is an extreme.
I desperately wanted to do a deal with @James32. It was the NI thing that put me off. But we had a super deal and now I don't worry.
I'm yet to do a deal with @theman73. I will one day, if he has what I want 😊
The point of all this ramble is... you wouldn't buy anything from a bloke you just met in a pub, would you?

Sadly it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the cart.
But having said that, in the six years I’ve been a member of the forum, I’ve only ever seen this happen less than a handful of times. So new members needn’t worry.
Thankfully the forum runs on honesty and trust and there is plenty of that here.
@sellerstacker I really hope you manage to resolve this, one way or another.

I've been here over a year and I think this is only the second time I've seen this, out of the hundreds possibly thousands of trades going on in that same time period.
Compare that to Facebook where scammers are outed almost daily.
You're in the right place, but bare in mind NOTHING is 100% safe, ask around if you're unsure about a seller, no one will look down on you for checking. Feedback, reputation and community is what makes TSF king.
To scam, look at the hoops people have to jump through to get into that position of trust on TSF, most scammers are too lazy and impatient to build up feedback before cashing it in.
But of course, hoping this can still be sorted, it's not to late.

This is a very unusual situation tbh I have completed tens of thousands of pounds worth of trades on TSF and never had an issue but having said that I traded with @GSSwith no issues and would have again before this happened.
@GSSif you have health or personal issues that are stopping you from completing the trade the least you can do is contact @sellerstacker and sort this out
