I've unlocked the original topic and can also remove the require moderator approval restriction if the topic keeps on track. Thankfully the new Premium Members Hangout topic has been kept on track and there has been no need to enable that restriction on that topic, so thanks for everyone fro keeping it on track and not turning it into an NBS topic  

I have locked this one as original topic unlocked, and otherwise would just be a duplicate of the same.
