The standard Lighthouse capsules are quite good if you don't want to pay a little bit more for the (better, snugger) Air-Tite capsules.  Both options are fine for 1oz silver bullion coins I'd say.

For UK 1oz silver bullion coins it's the 39mm Lighthouse capsule.

Lighthouse Quadrums are also good.  Similar to Air-Tites, but in a square case which is the same size regardless of the inner insert size.  They are particularly good if you want to put various coins of different sizes in trays inside a coin case.

I have 1oz RM caps and Germania Caps with built in Lens for standard 1oz bullion coins... 

It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.
