I recently purchased this high relief proof coin. As far as I can tell the capsule has never been opened. Both images are of the same coin. The first image was taken head-on whereas the second was taken at an angle. There appears to be some loss of cameo in the affected area. Is this imperfection due to die wear or damage due to handling? All details are present in the affected area under 10x magnification.

The reverse is flawless.

What grade would a coin like this fetch?

I’d appreciate any input from the knowledgeable members here.
