This timeless design is based upon Brulé Sioux Chief Hollow Horn Bear (Mato-He -Hlogeca).

Thank you for sharing and there is indeed some useful information contained within your comment to budding collectors and enthusiasts.

I used to sell these around £550. Market has moved and is much stronger for these Indian head types, and hardly surprising. Superb design and the example on offer is a very nice piece.
