1853 $1 Gold from ebay - fake or genuine?

Guys, what are your thouths? Photos seem to be a bit out of focus. I am not an expert on $1. Is that a genuine coin?

Who knows, quality of photos is poor and that's red flag for me. Seller feedback is OK but most of it is very old.

There is difference in head positioning on obverse and difference in wreath with totally different bows

I would recommend downloading the PCGS app called Photograde - available for US and chinese coinage.  This app is a must have if you want to learn how to grade US coins and what each grade looks like.  Best of all it is free.

Photograde is great I use it all the time for us coins.

This $1 is going back to Germany Monday I just hope it gets destroyed and not re sold
