Who knows, quality of photos is poor and that's red flag for me. Seller feedback is OK but most of it is very old.

Here is his coin

I would recommend downloading the PCGS app called Photograde - available for US and chinese coinage.  This app is a must have if you want to learn how to grade US coins and what each grade looks like.  Best of all it is free.

Photograde is great I use it all the time for us coins.
