Bullion Dispatch time from RM

Hey all, 

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced delayed shipping for in stock bullion items from RM? Ordered a double sovereign a week ago, still waiting!

DId you order the coin in the blister packaging, or just in the capsule?

I ordered a bullion double sovereign (in capsule) from the RM recently and it was despatched the day after I ordered it and arrived the day after that.

I didn't receive any communications between order acceptance and the postman knocking at my door.

Ordered just the coin, not in blister packaging.

I just received shipping notification, though a week's wait for an in stock bullion coin is surprising! Shows demand.

^^^ Reasonably happy.  The price stung a bit and the design is 'busy' even in double sovereign size.  Pleased to add it to the collection though!

I ordered a double memorial sovereign from them a month ago. They were quoting 3 to 5 days for delivery at the time. I chased them up after about 2 weeks and was told it was delayed due to security and compliance checks on my account. It was despatched two days ago and arrived yesterday, without them asking for any further details from me. It's only the second coin I've ever ordered from them, and I'm nowhere near the £5k per order/£10k per year limits that dealers often quote as being the thresholds for extra security checks.
