Todays Royal Mint Auction

Last time I watched an auction at the royal mint most of the  pieces were finally sold for over the estimated price but it looks like today's auction was a bit of a disappointment for them, loads of items were either unsold or went for under the estimated price, one 2002  full sovereign went for £350 + fees and 2 others for under £400, so it seems a bargain could have been picked up for those taking part today
