Fake 1912 George V Half Sovereign coin?

1912 George V Half Sovereign Could this be a fake with the inclusion below the M of the BM mark !! to me it looks like the mark was part of the strike any ideas.

Some coin shops will offer metallurgy analysis (XRF test)  for you if you are un sure.    Or you could do a gravity test to see if it’s 22ct which is not hard to do. 
 

better photos of the coin both the obverse and reverse would help.
