A business sending PMs would probably benefit from Business Insurance, SD terms are a joke. The PO always ask how much an item is worth when sending not how much you paid 20 years ago and do you have a receipt. Mis-selling at point of sale imo.

Not a great position to be in. 

i wonder how many of the competition would be willing to take on the universal delivery RM must offer?  they love to cherry pick the profitable items, but the last mile for letters?  havent seen anyone else willing to offer that bit yet.
