It would help slightly if the photo showed the mark "right way up", also shot of the whole piece, and any other marks, along with whatever other information you already have!

Have you tried to work out what the letters say?

Then tried searching using Google?

Do you know what the 4 stone panels are? One looks like agate.

Pre 1884 pewter registration mark, just from an image search, don't actually know anything about it.
