Slave Queen Silver Shield

Your one looks a lot better than the one pictured on the Silver Shield site sales page, it's all pock marks and does not look all that great, this one looks fine.  They could do with swapping out their picture for yours and they would sell more.

I have 1 of the 2013 slave queen coins. I think i read somewhere that the mint used for the coins early in the series has shut down a while back.

I have a few of their bullion rounds, some are very nice the look at but mainly older ones, dont really buy the newer ones.

It's the older ones that are worth the most, over time they get into stronger and stronger hands. Collectors have a harder time finding what they are after once all the weak hands have sold.

I have not seen 1 sell on ebay.co.uk for a long time now, i have seen ones sell in europe and the US but never the UK by a UK seller. It was my first SBSS round. It could turn out to be interesting series as SBSS are starting to root themselves very well with re-releasing certain series every year. Could be a wee gem in my stack :)
