RM Bullion checkout issue?

Is anyone else having checkout issue at RM website? I'm trying to buy a gold coin, have gone to the checkout page, have funds ready, but when it comes to fix the price and buy page, there is no confirm buy option. I have bought from them before. Is it just my browser or anyone else having the same problem? Thanks

Seems like a on going issue. I've encountered same a few times in the last month....amongst other issues with RM I've had.

What sort of cold coin?  If it’s a bullion coin then you will need to preload your bullion account with debit card or bank transfer to cover the whole cost + extra for any gold spot increase. Your account statement should pop up with any credits . For other coins just go to the shop to pay directly. Apologies if you already know this. Ordered 2 bullion QB 1/4 oz recently with no problem, so could be your browser, or the RM!

Otherwise give them a call.

Yes, funds transferred save ready to buy, but checkout is the issue. I have bought bullion coins before but never had this issue. Had it during weekend, still ongoing, unable to checkout. Contacted RM this morning and they said there is a problem with the spot price. I don't understand how they can turn down customers for 3 days.
