HH,

I have my doubts as well, might be a generic picture though. Fingers crossed.

Ta for the link, but I hope they're aren't the same. If they are,  does anyone know where I can buy some genuine ones from? Or are they like hens teeth to get hold of?

I was going to say that you might need to get some 2016s and swap them out for now but then I don't know if the caps are the same with the slight weight change.

If somebody has had some graded they might have the caps spare I suppose.

Good point. I've not checked if a 2016 capsule will fit. If they do I'll still need a couple of replacements though.

Graded coins, that's what I was thinking. If folk send in their coins in genuine capsules, the grading companies must have loads to sell. Or if people send their coins to be graded in generic capsules, there should be quite a few genuine ones around.

@STG

I've received a reply, see below, from Marcel at coin invest to my question about the authenticity of the panda capsules they have for sale. I asked if the capsules had the 3 pips as per the original ones supplied by the mint.

"I cannot promise you that they have those pips but should have. We get different capsules delivered extra for the pandas and most of them have the pips."
