I have an ounce coming, routine for some, excitement for me.

Except a bland choice of Krugerrand, the Type 2 Eagle caught my eye. And then I stumbled upon this. No Rothschild, yes, but supposedly flattering to the touch (Handschmeichler, as we'd say).

Cast ounces are nothing I find often and I like the Perth Mint logo and the simple bar designs (more clear on larger bars). Now what I noticed with Perth Mint cast Silver Bars is a less than perfect finish, both in online store photos as well as on Youtube.

Head diarrhea at four in the morning, thanks for listening...

I tried last month with Gieger for a box of the 1oz bars however they are not shipping to the UK.

I emailed them to ask what the postage was, and was told that I would have to get them shipped from their American distributor, as they won't ship to the UK from Germany.

This could have changed now however looking on their site they still don't have UK listed as a shipping address.

I know this won't affect the OP however thought to mention it for UK buyers.

Love these buttons, not had a chance yet to own any, however on my growing wants(need to own) list.
