Missing coins

I purchased coins from European mint on 4th May.  Been keeping an eye on the tracking number, as was expecting delivery.  Checked this afternoon and it says delivered at final destination.  I did not receive the package!!!!!  What is my best course of action now?  Have sent email to courier company and  cannot contact European Mint until Monday, maybe Tuesday as it’s a bank Holiday.

I would advise to email European Mint if you haven’t already, they will get back to you and should resolve any problems

Hi VanPlan, sorry to hear about your situation! Fortunately the EM send everything with insurance so as Chris suggested, they will be able to help you. Hope you get this resolved soon!

By any means, did you have to pay import tax or VAT?
