Weird spot, tarnish maybe?

Hey guys, can anyone help me figure out what this mark is on my coin. I took it out of the tube and placed in a capsule today. When I looked at it again the inside of the capsule had gone grey in one place and there was a mark on my coin. Unsure if this is tarnish or something else

Hard to tell from the picture but it does look like a scuff. If the capsule allows a bit of movement maybe it's from rubbing on the plastic? It may come off with a gentle rub if that's the case, but then you may end up with more marks from the rubbing. Unless it's a particularly treasured coin I wouldn't worry, totally normal for bullion and looks great.
