Help with coins inherited

Hi guys,

Trying to find out some more information on some coins ive inherited if worth anything. 

Please see pictures attached.

Two of the same in the red boxes and one of the 1976. 

Also have lots more but have managed to find stuff of google about the others. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The 1977 silver jubilee coin I think is a commemorative coin-medal likely silver with gold plating. Should be the weight of a silver crown if my guess is correct.  Not seen one before so suspect minted by a commonwealth country to celebrate the event... (odd not mentioned on coin).

 I think you may have - "authentic Silver Jubilee Crown medal is one of a single World issue of only 3,000 minted in 22ct Gold on Sterling Silver".

@Swampythanks for that, sorry i was an idiot they are actually silver proofs by the look of it. That yellow is the caps they are both in. 

They are from the POBJOY mint sutton suffolk.
