Really nice piece you got there!

It is likely not a essay office or dealer mark, as they usually appear before the purity. ''K'' addition is usually reserved for gold items (9k, 14k etc) but do appear sometimes on Silver items.

In some cases, it may signify that something in the design is gold plated, though having looked at the pictures it seems to be Sterling all round.

It's actually a really neat piece, quite a good execution on the decorative statuettes.  Have you considered to get it appraised?

Maybe it had some gilding once upon a time and it's worn off?

Pure speculation on my part though.

It's certainly an eye-catching piece though!

It may be, but I am not knowledgeable enough to recognize that and advise on that. It really is a beautiful piece. Should you get it appraised, do let me know!

That is siiiiiiiick, nice Sumerian influence in the design...

The 925 certainly suggests Sterling Silver. The hand engraved number could be "no. 434 made" of possibly a set/limited number?

I take it it's for sale on Etsy? I can't get on the site, keep getting an error. What's it priced at?

And no, I'm not trying to snipe-buy it in case you're worried😁 , genuinely curious.

I actually think that's the weight of the holder / fine silver. If you look closely you can see ''gr'' next to 434, perhaps indicating 434gr?
