Here we have for sale, a nice Birmingham Sterling Silver Cigar/ Cigarette Box.  317grams gross weight.

 Engine Turned design and typically, for these boxes it is lined with Cedar. Several dings here and there but hinge is sound and lid closes nicely.

As suggested in the title, this could make for a lovely Treasure Chest (treasure pictured not included!)
