Royalmint issue order

Hello all,

I wanted to buy from https://www.royalmint.com/, I added money in the account with my Visa Card and the money is not showing in my account.

This was 2 days ago... reached out to support and nothing.

Did anybody had any issues with this site?

They always take a few days adding funds. Not the fastest service to be honest.

This is crazy.. adding money with a debit card... taking a few days, the prices now have changed.

I don't have any transaction history, just to say we have your money and it's pending... 

If I didn't know how big they are I would of thought it's a scam ...

Did you have to register with ID? Has that gone through ok? I last bought bullion off RM a year or so ago and it was a right pain. They also pinched about £1 left on account then the website changed.

I talked with them, they declined payment but didn't notify me or left a digital trail.

Customer service was very rude, the problem was that the shipping address was different from card address.. 

I will buy from goldsilver.be ... hope I will have no issues with them
