You might find this useful: https://www.gold.de/kaufen/goldmuenzen/lunar-serie-ii/ :) You just need to click on the 1/10th and then 2012 (Drache)

Cheapest currently from 180 Euros, you would need to check with each seller to see if they are able to ship to the UK.

Personally from my own personal opinion that is personal to me no I would not. That's a lot for 1/10th, and as lovely as the design is I would have to be a rabid collector to consider stumping up that. That said if you are a rabid collector and really must have it then it's your pounds Sterling and your choice to make. As long as you'd be pleased with it that's what matters. I think people are taking advantage of the fact that it's not the most easy coin to come by right now along with the eBay precious metal boom going on. Perth Mint have a declared mintage of 33,059 so it's not a common coin. Maybe it'll become more and more collectible and keep gaining value?

Someone will no doubt be along with a better knowledge of this series. Maybe it's the right price these days?

And along came @ChrisSilver before I finished my post to save the day!

😂

The price I believe is because it’s a proof version. Had to look up what that was.

I would love a one once, but the next dragon 1oz I am after is the royal mint 2 dragons. Cheapest 2k eBay, good thing i haven't got much money left for a couple months.

I think the OP was looking for the BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) version? Both the proofs and the BU’s attract higher prices as they are collectible and have limited mintage, and also because all gold coins seems to be up as supply of all coins have basically stopped right now so some people are buying up whatever gold they can find irrespective of premiums.

They are nice coins :)
